These Terms of Use govern your use of the Glowify mobile application. Glowify is a mobile application that allows users to upload photos and create AI-powered hairstyle and hair color try-on results.
By downloading, using, or making any transaction within the Glowify application, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Glowify is an AI-powered image generation application that allows users to try different hairstyles, haircuts, and hair colors on their own photos.
When using the application, you agree to follow these rules:
You confirm that you have the legal right to use the photos you upload to the application. Glowify may process the photos you upload only to create hairstyle transformations, provide the service, and improve the application experience.
Since the generated images are created by artificial intelligence, the results may not always be realistic, error-free, or aligned with your expectations.
Hairstyle, hair color, and visual results generated by Glowify are intended only for entertainment, preview, and personal use. Results created in the application should not be considered professional hairdressing, beauty, health, or aesthetic advice.
Glowify may use a credit system for certain image or video generation operations. Each operation may require a specific amount of credits. Used credits may not be refundable after the operation is completed.
In the event of a technical error, failed operation, or system-related issue, Glowify may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit refund or the right to retry.
Glowify may offer weekly, monthly, or other subscription plans and credit packages within the application. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment infrastructure.
RevenueCat is used for purchase and subscription management. Subscriptions may renew according to the rules of the relevant store unless canceled by the user.
Subscription cancellation must be completed through your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting the application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Purchase refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Since Glowify does not directly process payments, refund requests must be made through the relevant store.
Glowify may send push notifications through OneSignal. Notifications may be related to new features, promotions, credit information, or generated images. You can disable notifications from your device settings.
Glowify may use Supabase services for data storage and application infrastructure. User data may be stored for the operation of the application and the provision of services.

The design, logo, brand, software, interface, and other content belonging to the Glowify application are owned by their respective rights holders. Users may use the application only for personal and lawful purposes.
Glowify reserves the right to change application features, credit prices, subscription plans, or the scope of the service at any time.
Glowify is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or smoothly on every device.
Glowify shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the application. The user uses the application at their own responsibility.
Users may delete their accounts using the options provided within the application or contact us to request data deletion. Account deletion may require certain data to be retained for legal or technical reasons for a limited period.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published on this page. Your continued use of the application means that you accept the current terms.
