Stylora Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Stylora mobile application and related services. By using Stylora, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

Stylora provides AI-assisted outfit previews based on your wardrobe photos, profile data (such as selfie, height, and weight), and selected clothing items.

2. User Responsibilities

• You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload and use all content you submit.
• You must not upload personal data of third parties without permission.
• You must not use Stylora for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activities.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

Generated images are AI-based previews. They may not exactly match real-world fit, fabric behavior, color tone, or physical appearance.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

• Weekly subscription: $5.99 (150 credits)
• Monthly subscription: $14.99 (600 credits)
• Each generation consumes 10 credits.

Final pricing may vary by country, tax, and currency in App Store. Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple’s App Store rules.

5. Third-Party Services

Stylora uses third-party providers to operate core features:

• Supabase for database, storage, and app data infrastructure.
• RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management.
• OneSignal for push notification delivery and notification-related identifiers.

6. Content License

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Stylora a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store content as required to provide and improve the service.

7. Prohibited Use

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or abusive content
• Copyright or personality rights violations
• Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service

8. Service Changes

Stylora may update features, pricing, plans, and credit policies over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
